Diagnostic imaging such as x-rays and ultrasounds are done on the premises.

We also offer an after hour service as well as an ambulance transport service to and from the practice. Please find more details under “ambulance”.

From general health and vaccinations to critical care and life saving surgery. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible care for your pets. We are able to advise you on raising your new pet, general animal behaviour and health enquiries.

Vaccinations schedules

Vaccinations are of the utmost importance in ensuring a healthy and disease free pet. We feel strongly that creating a vaccination programme for each pet is crucial in maintaining the precious bond between pets and their owners.

Week 6

First Vaccination

5/1 for pups
3/1 for kittens

Week 9

Booster after 3 weeks of previous vaccination.

Puppies may receive kennel cough vaccinations.

Week 12

Boost Previous + Rabies.

Pets need to be 3months old to receive rabies shots

Week 36

Boosters of all, 6 months after previous vaccinations. This ensures that pups and kittens are well protected! General health check up with vaccinations.

Annually

After week 36 pets need to be vaccinated annually.

Pet Nutrition

Pet nutrition is the foundation of your pets’ health and wellbeing. Each pets’ nutritional needs differ according to their breed, age and physiological state. Your pets’ diet and nutrition goes beyond only filling their bellies. Clinically proven nutrition is key in maintaining a long and healthy life, ensuring that all their nutritional needs are met.

On site testing

Our on-site laboratory facilities allows us to test samples immediately in order to provide speedy and efficient treatment.

Hospital

We have very efficient and trained staff that takes care of your pet when he has to stay in hospital. Our doctor will inform you on aftercare and medication procedures and you are welcome to visit your furry family member to make him feel better.

Please note that we do have hospital visiting hours. Please enquire from us to hear when will be the best time to visit your pet.

Surgery

We take pride in the high standard of surgical expertise that we are able to offer our clients. Our surgical services range from routine sterilisation to the important dentals and wound repair.

We also cover more complicated surgeries such as caesarean sections as well as orthopaedic procedures.

On occasion we work with specialists and may refer a patient to ensure that your pet receives the best possible care and treatment.
